At Phoenix Pathway Reentry, our mission is to empower formerly incarcerated adults age 65 and older throughout Georgia by providing compassionate, personalized reentry coaching and support. We are committed to helping each individual navigate the practical, emotional, and social challenges of reentry with dignity and purpose. Through guidance, advocacy, and meaningful connections to resources, we help our clients build stability, regain independence, and create a future defined by hope, resilience, and lasting success beyond incarceration.
